This is a great property! Close to everything and very cozy. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for a big family or two small families. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed! Our only concern was that the property management company was not very helpful/responsive. Our welcome email came a day after arrival. There was no warning that the designated beach access was closed for construction, so we had to walk another 200 yds down 30a to public beach access. And when we alerted the host that a few minor things were in need of repair, the property manager never reached out to us.

This home is clean, lovely and welcoming. We all felt the beds were very comfortable. We relaxed as we had hoped. The number of steps down to the beach were a surprise but I put that responsibility on myself for not being more familiar with the area. Every step was worth it, though, to be able to sit on a beautiful beach (the umbrellas and chairs are a plus), relax by the water, and see those beautiful sunsets.

A lovely home and just as pictured. A quiet neighborhood of pretty cottages but close enough to all the sights on 30A. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay on the coast!

We loved our stay memorial day weekend. Few minutes walk to the beach, and the condo was very clean and comfy! No complaints.

We had a lovely stay at Slightly Salty! The house is beautiful and just as pictured! It had everything we needed to cook for the week. The proximity to the pool and the beach access were great! The kids enjoyed using the sand toys to play in the sand. The pool offered lots of lounging options both in the sun and shade. We really enjoyed the back porch and relaxing out there in between the beach and pool. We would have loved to have an information book with all the check in and checkout information in one place. It would have also been great to have suggestions for local restaurants and activities to do in the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back in the future! Thank you!

Great beach house

The beach house was great. It’s in a nice area and the beach is really close by. Good places to eat in the area. We will come back and stay there again. There’s a good pizza place near the property entrance.

Great Spot for Small Family

We had a great time here. The walk to the beach is short and the A/C worked great! I recommend renting a golf cart to drive around this area as it makes it so much more pleasurable.
