Kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. Minimum paper products, plastic bags, trash bags - plenty for a short stay, we needed a few more for a 9 day stay. House was clean and convenient to all of our activities. Ample parking. Property management very responsive to any issues.

The first 5 days the pool was not on no filter or heater until the pool guy came on Friday don’t know what went wrong there. Had no tv or internet for 4 days due to a line down. The Rolens rep came to look at it then it took 3 more days for Xfinity. If not for those issues the place was great. Pots and pans should be replaced very bad condition

Vacation

Our group had a fantastic stay at this VRBO. The property was clean and beautiful! The communication was great when we asked to check-in earlier. The only thing that was noticeable was the neighbors loud barking dog along with slightly uncomfortable bedding, particularly using the pullout couch. There is a metal bar under the pullout that lays right by shoulder when laying down. It was very uncomfortable and guests resorted to sleeping on the floor. Outside of those things, we all really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others! Thank you!

Great stay just some minor issues

We stay for a bachelorette trip. House was wonderful. Pool and hot tub was great. We were really hoping for the tiki bar with TV/grill/fridge/blackstone to work and it didn’t i contacted agent and they told me a few procedures to do with the electricity that I wasn’t to fond of doing as I know nothing about that and things still did not work. They stated last person who stayed did not let them know the concern or have it. So it did not work the whole time we were there and it was really a perk we paid for so we were just a bit disappointed. Overall great place and such cute house beds all comfortable and showers were top notch. If you also have a family it is a great big house to stay in

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, Natoria. We’re very glad to hear the house, pool, hot tub, comfortable beds, and spacious layout were highlights for your bachelorette trip. We’re sorry for the disappointment regarding the tiki bar area not working as expected. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially since it was one of the amenities you were most looking forward to. Your feedback about not feeling comfortable troubleshooting electrical steps yourself is completely understandable, and we’ll be reviewing how we communicate and resolve similar situations in the future to ensure guests feel supported without having to take on tasks they’re not comfortable with. Thank you again for the thoughtful review and for mentioning how great the home was overall. If you decide to visit again, we’d love the chance to provide you with an even better experience. Best regards, Roelens Vacations

Beautiful Royal Palms

Beautiful huge palms but not taken care of. Heavy fronds fell daily, one hitting a power line and knocking out power. Weeds sprouting all over. Dogs barking every night. No rugs when entering so wet floors. Covered car port is listed but not available. Dropping palms scratched car. The house inside is beautiful and very spacious and exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pool. Great location in terms of proximity to a lot. I'd stay again.

Thank you so much for your review. This is not our standard practice of business. I wish you would have reached out to me prior to leaving the review and I would have had the landscaper come right out and take care of the issues you mentioned. Since receiving this review landscaper will be there first thing this morning to trim all trees, bushes and weeds.
