A few short miles from RSW International Airport, beaches, Twins/ Miracle's baseball, and downtown Ft. Meyers (McGregor). Walking distance to FSW Sunpark stadium. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Private pool *NOT HEATED*. Lanai TV has streaming service so you can log into your account.
Our home is an open floor concept, fully remodeled with beautiful floors and top of the line appliances. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. You will feel like you are in your own private beach house. It really is one of a kind.
Foosball table. Gas grill. Beach chairs. Beach umbrella. Beach Towels. Cooler. Fully updated, stocked, and modern kitchen. This house is incredible!!!
