Belle maison de caractère et bien aménagée Certainement perfectible, vu le prix de location., de vaisselle, matériel cuisine (tres bas de gamme), pas de rideaux occultant dans les chambres et des essuies (inclus ds la location ) de meilleur qualité (tres vieux donc meme lavés ils sentent une legere moissisure). Contact cordial. Potager et jardin arriere top. A savoir, en bord de rue frequentee (difficile de dormir ds la chambre de ce côté )

Maison très spacieuse

La maison en elle même est très spacieuse. Situation idéale avec la proximité de Cancale et St Malo. La décoration est très soignée. Le jardin est très agréable avec potager et poulailler. Nous disposions de légumes et œufs frais tous les jours. Propriétaires vraiment très sympathiques. Nous étions 5 adultes. La situation en bord de route très gênante la nuit car bruyante. Absence de volets et/ou de rideaux. Une salle d’eau au rdc et une baignoire dans suite parentale à l’étage peu pratique et insuffisant. Le linge de maison est défraîchi. Les oreillers et les matelas ne sont pas protégés par des alèses. Certains matelas, couettes et oreillers sont tâchés. C’est dommage car globalement la location est plutôt agréable.
