The house is located in a quiet safe neighborhood 24 hrs security. 5 minutes to the Marina. Close to Beaches, Keys, Everglades, National Parks, Coral Gables, Malls, highways, grocery stores, restaurants. Etc.
Pool is open from dawn to dusk 7 days a week.
