This is a very nice home, very well kept. The kitchen looks to be new. The house is in a nice neighborhood and close to grocery and restaurants.We enjoyed our stay there.

The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived, no problems at all. The A/C did a remarkable job keeping the house comfortable, we pretty much left it at 74 when we were here. Communication with our host was very good.

David was a wonderful host, responsive to our needs and wants. We were close to where my son lives in Palmetto Bay. Proximity to the Everglades National Park and Big Cypress was a plus. Lots of good restaurants around. Neighborhood was quiet yet alive with Christmas lights and decorations. A really good stay.

Perfect Location

We visited several Everglades National Park locations, Biscayne National Park, and Dry Tortuga National Park all from this convenient location. It was clean, well laid out and the neighborhood was quite. Would stay here again.

I enjoy taking the boat out from Black Point just up the road and going to the sand bar or Elliot Key, especially on the weekdays when you can really enjoy nature.
