Great place, went swimming off dock, caught a nice Bass (safely released) location was good, groceries five minutes away, would definitely stay here again, hard to get a boat rental on this lake though, other than that had a great time

Tim's communication was fantastic throughout our experience. The house was exceptionally well prepared, with clear instructions, toiletries, and plenty of everyday essentials. Tim left us fresh artisan bread and chilled wine for our arrival which was so thoughtful!The high-end kitchen was fully equipped for any type of meal, and the beautiful property featured a large deck and an easily accessible dock with comfortable Muskoka chairs. Reliable power, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning kept everyone comfortable and connected.We didn’t boat or fish, but it was clear that it would be very easy to launch a small board or Sea doo from the dock.We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already planning our return—perhaps even to work remotely from the lake!

My family (me, my mom, and uncle) had a wonderful time at Tim's cottage--and he was a kind and helpful host! It's spacious, modern, and on a beautiful spot on the lake close to town (but still really quiet). The kitchen is well-appointed (it even has an air fryer!), too, which we really appreciated. I would definitely rent this cottage again--I wish I was still there now, in fact! (Bring bug spray, and water shoes if you plan on walking straight into the lake--it's a little mushy/rocky).

We had an amazing time. We would absolutely return again. Tim was amazing!!! The property manager Ali was incredible and so helpful with anything needed. This is a vacation home we would refer to anyone wanting to get away. Thank you for such a beautiful time making memories and sharing your home away from home.
