Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.
No smoking of any kind - Quiet time strictly enforced 8pm to 10am - Security deposit hold of $100 is required. 1 night stays are not allowed.

Perfect location for golf and exploring. Unit was clean, comfortable, and provided all we needed for the long weekend stay. Owner was very responsive to questions. Pool area was all we could have asked for - would definitely stay again. I would say having only 1 key was a little bit of an annoyance but nothing we couldn't work around.
