Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.
No smoking of any kind - Quiet time strictly enforced 8pm to 10am - Security deposit hold of $100 is required. 1 night stays are not allowed.

Poor way to experience Scottsdale - abysmal customer service & uninhabitable!

I've lived in PHX for 15 years, came back on biz. Booked this property based on photos & it seemed like a value. 4pm checkin, but I had a meeting at 5 & was arriving that day. Night before, I requested a 1 hour early check-in, they said it would cost an add'l fee of 150% of the daily rate, due to the possibility of a last minute one-night stay & they couldn't guarantee it would be ready before 4 - except, if the fee was paid, then it would be ready? I ended up not being able to get to the unit until after 4, which made me late for my 5pm.Next day, get up & then see there are dishes in the dishwasher, not sure if they were dirty or clean & in the bedroom there is dirt & hair on the floor, since there was such an issue on the unit being clean before check in, it should be actually clean! Going to shower & the only water is very hot, potentially dangerous. After morning meetings, come back to change & the unit is hot, in the 80's. I notify mgmt. Go to evening meetings, come back 6 hours later, it is hotter, in the 90's. Can't stay there, they said emergency maintenance on the way. Had to get a hotel room. Every interaction is negative, they won't address issues or treat like a customer. Avoid this unit & mgmt company! (I did try to address with them, too, but they keep blaming the customer!)

We appreciate the guest’s feedback, though several points raised are either inaccurate or reflect a misunderstanding of our policies and procedures. Early Check-In Fee: The early check-in request was handled in accordance with our standard policy. To guarantee early check-in, we block the night prior, incurring a cost. As such, the early check-in fee quoted was only 50% of the nightly rate, not 150% as claimed. This ensures the unit is available and cleaned in time, avoiding the uncertainty of a same-day turnover. The guest ultimately did not opt for this, and as noted, checked in after 4pm — our standard check-in time. Cleanliness Concerns: Our housekeeping team follows strict cleaning protocols, and we have photos and video from the day of check-in that confirm the unit was spotless, with no dishes in the dishwasher, and no dirt or hair on the floors or beds. The guest did not provide any photographic evidence to support their claims. Water Temperature: The shower features a standard hot/cold switch, which the guest did not report any issues with during their stay. Without notification, we had no opportunity to assist or explain how to adjust it. AC System: The temperature issue arose because the guest set the system to an extremely low setting, causing it to freeze — a common issue when HVAC systems are misused.
