Really enjoyed the stay. Perfect location and neighborhood. The house is beautiful and just needs TLC on the exterior such as cleaning better. Only downside all the outside furniture needs replaced or a heavy cleaning. Reported to the Village Realty company the smoke detector continuously went off randomly at 5 am and all afternoon one day. I would book again!

Property contact is Village Realty, I had difficulty connecting with them, when trying to get a solution for washer that was more working. Once I was finally able to communicate, the problem was quickly resolved. Bring butter knives if you would like to use them there are none at the location, however, for overall kitchen is otherwise very accommodating. Location is good, however due to where beach access is located not walkable to Oceanside Beach.

On Valentine Pond

It was a great vacation. The location was perfect for us. Check in was very easy. Kitchen was well stocked, but listing should say it was a regular drip coffee maker. Cleaning service did miss a few things, but was not a deal breaker for us. The carpet was stained, but not dirty. We were glad we could bring our dog.

Overall it wasnt a very pleasant stay. Mosquitoes get in bother ac unit rooms through the separation in the windows. We had to put towels into the gaps. The washer was broke upon arrival and was not told until we came back and found a flyer"sorry we missed you". They came back Wednesday and didnt have the parts needed to fix it. We felt pretty disgusting because we could wash our clothes. We are not dirty people. This was unacceptable. The place needs some fixing up. We were told that we were put in que to management for a review for a comp after our stay. We'll see how that goes. The location is great, the amenities are great. The house overall. We didnt fully get what we paid for. The communication wasnt bad but by not informing us of these problems, this should have been of first priority. They could have paid for a dry cleaning service or something for us. Becareful of the receptacles, most are loose. We ran the vacuum upstairs and most the power went out the day before we left. I did inform them of this. The best thing was its very peaceful and the pool. Use plenty of bug spray if you swim towards the evening or night.

The hose eas very clean.lookeked as pictured.love location and view of pond. Great for my dog.Lots of wild life and had a great time fishing. Over all loved the trip.However the trash cans were full when we got there and did not get e.ptied till friday.and the deck and back porch were covered in debris and large spider webs that appeared to of been there for quite some time. We swept off everything including screens ,ledges of windows ,porch and deck floors ,rakeked up all debris and picked up all the sticks.and put in bags by back gate. The plants were entirely buried in pine leaves to were you could not even see them.After we uncovered them they all started to bloom and the entire fenced yard looked very enviting. So We lived are stay but your yard maitenance people need to do a better job . But we loved are stay.
