Great vacation home

Our group had a fantastic time at the house. The online description was accurate. Location was great and we could walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Family vaca

Wonderful Week!

We had a great time in Corolla; loved the spacious property, fun hot tub, comfortable beds plenty of bathrooms! Would have appreciated having a few more basics-- cloths to wipe counters down, hand soap, etc, but overall a great property just a short walk from the amazing beach!

The house was beautiful. There was a lot of space. The kitchen was renovated to all the pool deck. Chairs are new. The pool, hot tub are amazing. Here was the disappointing part. I don't think any of the showers were cleaned. There was urine around the bottom of one of the toilets. All the main areas were super clean like countertops fridge, stove, etc. but the detailed stuff was not. I did a lot of cooking. Five of the pots were dirty and there was stuck on food on them probably due to not Having a scrub sponge. The owner should invest in in nonstick pots. There was a bar of soap in the downstairs bathroom there was a hair clip in the bathroom on the second floor. I had to spend two hours cleaning when I got there. Also two beds didn't have the top sheet I had to ask for more linens and towels. I only say this was frustrating because the cleaning fee was 380 and the linen fee was 250 on top of that. That's a lot of money and the cleaning staff should've paid attention to details. There should be a checklist of the entire house. Bring everything there was no starters except for one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towel towels no sponges no dish soap nothing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay it was a beautiful property. These are my only critiques that housekeeping and linen people will be held more accountable, especially with paying these high fees.

Nice house for family gathering.

Close to beach and shopping. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. Loved the open living/kitchen/ dining area. Toys and items for enjoying the beach supplied. Volleyball net. Nice play set for kids. Ladder ball. Corn hole. A bike. Convenient outdoor shower/dressing area. High chair, baby gates and pack and play supplied. Pool is not heated, but very nice. Loved the hot tub. Be aware that there will be three flights of stairs. The outside deck is quite worn, several of us got splinters so don’t plan on going barefoot.

Needs Major TLC

Property is strictly used as just a rental, there is no care or involvement in homeowning. Cleanliness could have been better as we found hair in bathroom, floors not washed, carpet had sand on it and the lawn hadn't been cut in weeks, Needs updating and complete overhaul throughout. Washing Machine is moldy, cabinets damaged, oven door doesn't completely shut, Screens torn, Most Patio furniture less desirable, charcoal grills should be thrown out and the play ground swing fell apart while on it and small child fell hard to the ground. Luckily no injuries but could have been a bad situation. And there was absolutely NOTHING in the house. Bare minimum. If you stay you need to bring everything and anything you can think of that you will need for the week.

Property is as described. There were 10 adults and 2 dogs. The pool is leaking water - but there is a hose to fill it. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs for the beach and games at the house. We had plenty of space to enjoy dinners together. Loved the early check in option and how easy everything was. If you stay you won’t be disappointed!
