Welcome to Sandpiper Cove 1038. You will love this coastal retreat located at Sandpiper Cove. This first floor 1 bedroom/1 bath is located on Sandpiper Cove’s golf course and a short walk to 1 of the 5 complex pools.

When you enter the condo, you will be greeted with the beautifully upgraded kitchen. The kitchen features all full-sized appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is stocked pots and pans and plenty of space to cook up a meal for your family. The open kitchen is directly across from the dining area and the deck. The deck offers the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a romantic dinner for 2. The deck has steps leading down so you can leave directly from it to get to the pool or golf course.

The living room has ample cozy seating to enjoy relaxing in after a day on the beach. The bathroom offers a shower and can be access from the living space or bedroom. The bedroom features a King size bed. The living room offers a Queen Sofa Sleeper allowing this condo to sleep 4 with ease.

Unit is dog friendly! Will allow a dog up to 35 pounds for an additional pet fee. Onsite will charge a pet fee as well as require shot records for the dog at check-in.

This unit is just a short 10-minute walk to the beach side and will include beach service for the 2025 season.

Sandpiper Cove has a 9 hole 3-par golf course, on-site coin laundry, tennis courts, 5 pools (2 heated), and a private beach access across the street.
