Good stay, good value

All in all a good experience and great communication from property host. If you are a pool person, this property is likely to drive you a little crazy as all the locals get there at 8am and mark every chair and don't leave all day unless it rains. If security doesn't know you as a local, they will give you 10 minutes on the clock to fill the chair! not joking. If you are a beach person, prepare to drive appx. 15-25 minutes depending on traffic to closest spot. Place was clean and everything worked as it should. No beach chairs, bikes or coolers would prob. have us doing a little something different next time, but not a knock against property.

A grear place in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable, with everything we could need. The location was great, on the Aventura circle, near restaurants, shopping and easy access to the beach and highway. Parking was very convenient. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.
