Very communicative and gracious host, property was thoughtfully equipped with supplies, and it was my first time booking with VRBO and they even went out of their way to allay concerns about the process of booking.

Seascape is my favorite property in the Santa Cruz area and this Villa was perfect. Great location for North Bluff pool access and to the main lobby. The shops across the street with restaurants and Seascape foods means you never have to leave the area if you just want to relax and stay resort side. Great for families!
