The Space:
Lots of space for the whole family or a quiet getaway! You'll find the comforts of home, with a chef ready, well-stocked kitchen, gas-burning fireplace, TV in the living and bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a beach home feeling. There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels, and personal soap/shampoo. Two bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite baths. Large kitchen, plenty of seating at a generous dining table and kitchen bar, and a comfortable sofa bed (double) and seating in the living room. Patios are furnished with tables and chairs perfect for enjoying meals, morning coffee, or sunset cocktails, as well as lounge chairs to relax in and enjoy the stunning views! An electric grill is provided for outdoor cooking. There is a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, makeup towel, hand soap in kitchen and both bathrooms, disinfecting wipes, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, new kitchen sponge, kitchen towels, pot holders, garbage bags, iron and ironing board, stick vacuum, beach towels, and bath towels. In the kitchen, you will find a toaster, blender, coffee maker with a permanent coffee filter, Keurig espresso machine, and milk frother.



NOTE: Please be aware that due to the cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property is on a lockbox and accessible anytime. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them from your booking platform's messaging system.

If you cancel your reservation before 11:59 pm five days before the rental begins, you'll get a refund of 50% of the amount paid (minus the service fee). Times are based on the property's local time. After that, you will not get a refund.
