Overall it was a fantastic stay! While a little outdated, the property itself is perfect for a weekend getaway. Great location and fantastic communication with the host!
The place was in a great location and the property management was excellent. The pool had some issues with the pump and the property management got right to it and fixed it right away. The place could use a couple of updates, but besides that I would definitely use Sun Palace Vacation Resorts.

Beautiful patio and a great location. The house is pretty small and could use some updates but worked ok for us. No major complaints.

Being a local to Cape Coral for 50 years, I can appreciate the struggles for Fort Myers Beach. I can look past the fact that the downstairs smelled extremely musty and we couldn’t use that area. It’s a Florida basement. Say no more. But what I can’t look past is the fact that there was not one drop of soap in the house or anything to clean even a spilled drink with…if there was, the floors wouldn’t be so filthy. They appeared clean but walking around barefoot in there and your feet are black, and the condition on the vinyl is horrendous. I have no problem starting a load of dishes before I leave, but I do have a problem having to go to the store to buy a dish pod. One dish towel to use for three days, but there’s three toasters. And the amount of towels for four people is ridiculous. If you don’t wanna supply towels, that’s fine. Let us know that before we check in you need to bring towels. I would’ve brought more than two beach towels. Other than that, the property was great. We had a great time. It didn’t affect our visit at all. These are just observations. And every person that slept there complained of how hard and uncomfortable the mattresses are
Provided wifi network was not correct, and it took the host three days to respond with correct wifi login. The outdoor space was nice, but the indoor suffered water damage and needs more work done instead of putting band-aids on things like uneven (splintering) floors and sliding glass doors that barely work.

The photos of the amenities are true. However the conditions are not. Flooring was broken and nail where repair was made was broken causing pain to our party. Main room bed frame is exposed and causes one to hit their legs/toes. Sliding doors are worn and hard to open. Ants took over food on the counters, company simply left ant traps on porch. Downstairs bed area had strong chemical smell and was not usable due to strength of that smell. Toilets require multiple flushes. This property needs some TLC and was no worth the price.
