Our condo, a beautiful and relaxing getaway, offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate four people. It’s equipped with a 24V Ultraviolet Air Purifier, ensuring clean and fresh air throughout your stay.

Step out of the elevator and you’ll be greeted by the stunning sight of the beautiful, white sand beach, just 30 steps away. Take a rejuvenating walk along the beach, relax under the tiki huts, or enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool. Watch the breathtaking sunsets from the beach or the Lanai.

If you’re ready to explore, our condo is conveniently located just a mile walk from shopping, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of the famous Times Square. Take the trolley to get there.

The Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce proudly proclaims our beach as the world’s safest, thanks to its absence of undertow and shallow water. You can even walk the entire 7-mile length of the island on its sandy shores!

With warm year-round temperatures, gulf breezes, and award-winning restaurants, this condo offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. Just remember to bring your clothes and groceries!

Please note that our condominium is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

- Saturday to Saturday rentals are only available during the prime season.
- A minimum 7-night stay is required throughout the year.
- The minimum age limit for renters is 25, and this is strictly enforced.

The view was directed at other condos which were under construction, during the day, until 5 pm. (Monday thru Saturday). You could arrange two chairs, on the lanai, so you could see the gulf from a side view.

We had the most amazing time in this paradise! Corey is an amazing host. Very responsive and provided us with some much needed guidance. His place is beautiful and comfortable. Wonderful location on a most beautiful beach....you can walk for miles! We had a cleaning request for owner and he readily responded to our needs. Sunsets from lanai where we ate several evenings were special.

We selected this site and location because it’s conveniently close to the bars, restaurants, and shops at the Square. However, it’s also far enough away from the bustling downtown area to provide a peaceful retreat. Additionally, being a small 16-unit building ensures that the beach and pool area won’t be overcrowded.
