This 2 bedroom suite provides all you need to make you feel at home with the convenience of whatever you need at your finger tips. It is very private and quiet. There is also a washer and dryer in suite.
The couch converts into another bed for one person.

This suite is completely separate from the main house with a one car garage separating the two places. This makes for a quiet and private space.

Beautiful immaculate well appointed suite - the nicest we’ve stayed in Kamloops. Everything we needed & more. Loved the big bright space,lots of windows - great little private backyard patio gazebo with outdoor kitchen, just perfect. Great location, close to airport, shopping. Quality bedding, towels, comfy beds….hosts have not missed a thing here. Just a perfect stay short or long term!

This is a lovely, well-equipped, spotless 2-bedroom suite. It’s spacious, quiet and very comfortable. We appreciated the bonus of an outdoor seating area with fire table and grill. The host was responsive and thoughtful. Our best experience in Kamloops by far, and we hope to return often.

Exactly as shown in pictures. Bonus was bottles of cold water in the fridge and lots of coffee choices for the coffee machine. Loads of towels, blankets to curl up in and the rain shower was lovely.

This was the perfect space for a family of 4, including 2 teens. As the kids get older it’s nice to have more space than that offered by traditional hotels. Convenient to prepare multiple meals for busy families but also close to options for food on the go. Tonia is a wonderful host and quick to respond should anything arise. Thank you Tonia!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tonia’s apartment. Tonia has thought of everything. It is one of the best equipped apartments I’ve ever stayed at. We only stayed for two nights but it has everything for a longer stay - a great kitchen to cook in, comfy beds and blankets, lots of towels, lots of storage, a great outdoors space with heater and BBQ, and all the little things - oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, an iron, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, etc.! It was spotlessly clean. Check in with the door code super easy. Tonia was lovely to liaise with and always quick to respond. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more - no complaints, only praise.

I’m a small town girl that loves the outdoors. I grew up riding horses and dirt bikes. I love camping, hiking, skiing, fishing, quading, site seeing, travelling and spending time with my family. I have four kids and two step kids, all of whom are now adults.
I have three dogs; two labs and a mouthy chihuahua that belongs to my daughter.
I love having the Air bnb because it feels good to make travellers feel at home and have a nice place to stay. I try to provide all the conveniences I would appreciate in a rental as well. I feel like this is the ideal place for people to relax and feel at home.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighbourhood because it’s close to the airport, but not so close you hear planes, and every convenience I need is within walking distance. I also love the fact that we get 6 weeks less winter weather than most other places in Kamloops due to elevation; we are at river level. I enjoy the fact that I can walk to the beach at the river and take my dog often. I also enjoy the fact that I can leave my house in the rain and be in a snow storm by the time I get to Costco. It makes for way less work shovelling snow!

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because our suite used to be an inground pool. I love the fact that a one car garage separates our house from the suite, making both places feel very private. We went to great length to insulate and fire proof the wall between the suite and the garage. There’s little chance that either the people in the suite or the house will disturb each other at all.
