Beautiful Big Home With Heated Inground Pool & Hot Tub!

PLEASE READ:
Beautiful big home with plenty of parking for vehicles, boats, rv's or trailers. Close to elementary schools, play grounds, rec center, airport, golf course and bus stop right beside house. Quiet neighborhood on corner lot with a 16x32 inground heated pool and new salt water hot tub. Outdoor bar with hammock and a big covered deck. Lots of space for fun! Inside there is 5 bedrooms with 2 King beds and 3 queen beds. Projection screen tv in living room. A cozy kitchen and dining space with fresh coffee!

THE SPACE:
This home has an in ground pool and hot tub. You must agree to the liability and waiver form vrbo provides. We will not be held responsible for anything that happens regarding that. So please rent and swim at your own risk. Property safety and signage is around the inside and outside of the home plus booklet. Along with rules regarding the pool and hot tub. *** Remember this is a business and a home we would love lots of people to enjoy. House rules must be followed. If you do not like the quiet times or pool/hot tub hours or no party rules that are set in place then please don’t rent this home*** Pool open from June 1st - October 1st

Downstairs basement has a one bedroom brand new suite that is also a running air bnb and available for rental if you need more space. It has its own separate entrance and yard so you will not have to share any of your space with anyone including pool and hot tub if it happens to be rented at the time. Very private.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Available anytime I am just a call away. However paid hosts live nearby and manage, clean and maintain the home. own separate entrance and yard so you will not have to share any of your space with them including pool and hot tub.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Great quiet neighborhood. Just a walk down the street to get to the Brock rec center or the park! There is also a neighborhood convenience store close by and only 5 minutes away from Kamloops golf course and airport!

GETTING AROUND:

We are situated right beside a bus stop so easy to transit around if you do not have a vehicle. However if you do, we have a ton of parking available for either vehicles, rv's, boats or trailers.

Comfortable Beds and a fun home for our kids attending a ball tournament near MacArthur island. The pool and hot tub, plus swings and projector swing made it extra enjoyable despite the rain that weekend

Unfortunately, the cleaner/property manager at the time was not performing the duties they were being paid for, and we sincerely apologize for the condition of the property during your stay. As soon as you informed us, we immediately stepped in, driving down to the property and spending several days addressing the issues and completing improvements and renovations. We also gave you money back for the inconvenience. The home is now in excellent condition and being maintained to the standard our guests expect and deserve. We have also made changes to who is managing and servicing the property to ensure this does not happen again. We would genuinely love the opportunity to host you again for a redo and provide the experience you should have had the first time.

5 old guys going golfing

Good central location for almost all the golf courses. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, we were able to make gourmet meals at home base. The tv’s weren’t working when we arrived but that was taken care of with a quick call. Unfortunately the fix to the wi-fi that fixed the tv, disabled our Bluetooth devices. I’m pretty sure that could have been overcome jut it wasn’t that big a deal this time round.Overall, a great place for a getaway - would highly recommend it!

Hi Alan, thanks for the feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points: • The dishwasher is working properly, we tested it before and after your stay. • We weren’t aware of the other items you mentioned. The only issue on our radar was the range hood fan, which a previous guest damaged; it has since been repaired. • For the hot tub, our house rules ask guests to shower first. Lotions and products can quickly foul the water and filters, which is likely what happened here. • Sorry about the burnt out bulb, that’s been replaced. • We provide all major streaming options; the only service we don’t offer is traditional cable. We appreciate you staying with us and will keep working to make the home even better.

Great property for a large group

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, awesome huge projection TV for movies and the property is well maintained. It's also right across form a bus stop for easy transportation anywhere. Our host was so responsive to every little request we had. We had one issue during our stay (furnace stopped working) but the host was extremely responsive and had someone there very quickly to address it so it really didn't impact our stay at all. We enjoyed the hottub outside as well. There is a suite in the basement so you need to be aware of noise transfer, but we were up fairly late and had no issues. Overall a great place to stay. If in Kamloops we'd stay here again.

Great family vacation

This was our first VRBO experience but our worries were over once we arrived. The property was exactly as advertised and our week was wonderful. Kelsey quickly responded to any question we had. The house is equipped with all appliances including an air fryer, coffee, spices, condiments, olive/avocado oils, soaps, and shampoos. The kids enjoyed the projection TV with huge screen. Both adults and kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The furnished covered deck was great when we needed time out of the sun. Only 2 of the 5 bedrooms have AC but our temps luckily were only in the high 20s and it cooled off enough at night that all bedrooms were comfy with the fans that were provided. If temps continue to rise into the 30s during the summer months, the owners may need to put AC in the remaining 3 bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

However, the effectiveness of the air conditioning can be affected if windows and doors are left open, as this allows the cool air to escape. We recommend that guests keep all windows and doors closed during the hotter parts of the day to ensure that the air conditioning can maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the house. Perfect Extended Family Vacation

This rental is even better than the pictures! It is very clean and comfortable with air conditioning on the main floor and in 2 of the bedrooms. The bedrooms without air conditioning did get a little warm; however there are many fans provided to help combat the heat. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and there were lots of towels and extra bedding available if needed. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we were expecting. We spent most of our days poolside, which always received partial shade throughout the day. Overall, this rental was perfect for our group of 12, ranging from 70 years old to 10 months. Communication with Kelsey was seamless and her responses were always very prompt.

Perfect summer getaway

The home was cozy, comfortable, and completely renovated. The yard with the pool, hot tub, sitting areas was the highlight of our trip! A heated pool with a hot tub is all you need! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the projection screen was perfect for movie nights with the kids. We were a multi-generation family staying together (ages 3-70) and everyone had an amazing time. Close to the airport, groceries, playgrounds and tennis courts.

Great Memorable Getaway

The house is as advertised. The pool was refreshing and clean. The hot tub was a big hit with the kids. The house was cool because of the air condition and fans in the rooms. The owner Kelsey was responsive and Gabrielle who lives downstairs was there whenever we needed anything. Both were amazing hosts. If I come to Kamloops again, I will definitely rent through Kelsey again. Thank you again.
