This was a great stay for my family of six (including 4 young children aged 1-7) and our grandparents. It was quite spacious. Great location (steps away from a local brewery, a quick drive to Forks/downtown, etc). It was amazing to have toys/utensils/kids' equipment!
Super modern and gorgeous property. Host had excellent communication and was accommodating. Property is a short drive from downtown and had many restaurants nearby.

Fantastic guest!
They were respectful, clean, and followed all house rules. Communication was smooth, and they left the place in great condition. Would happily host them again!
We were visiting from the UK and wanted somewhere that could accommodate us and family from the area comfortably and this house certainly fit the bill! The location is great - easy access to get to The Forks, Human Rights Museum and Osborne Village. The couple of added touches of kids toys, stair gates, etc was greatly appreciated.Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Winnipeg.
We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in Winnipeg. The home was exactly as listed - except it ALSO came with a parking spot (we thought we were going to have to park on the street, so this was a huge plus.
Nice and clean, and well stocked with cooking supplies and linens. We enjoyed the stay very much.
A bunch of cousins came from all over Canada to celebrate a 40th birthday!
The house was exactly as listed, the property was very clean and the host was super accommodating and responsive.
After booking I heard the Forks area wasn’t so safe so was concerned but was relieved when it was in the French District. it was a wonderful area - a great Brewery only 300 meters away! And in the day you can walk to the Forks.
Would recommend and would stay again!!
The property is clean and matches the description. There are children's toys, a pack and play, a high chair and children's kitchen utensils. There was ample space to accommodate our family of 6 adults, a toddler and an infant. It's perfectly located, just a 1.4 km walk to the Forks with a cute bakery along the way. A basement bathroom/toilet would have been practical for the guests staying in the 2 basement bedrooms but not essential. The couches could perhaps do with a refresh. Overall, a beautiful property!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Large spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The projector room in the basement was a hit for all.
Good stocked kitchen!
Close to a grocery store, Shoppers and a liquor store.
And some fantastic restaurants- Inferno’s Bistro and Nola.
Centrally located so easy to get anywhere!
It is a new build so a few minor things would be helpful!
All in all a great stay!! Would stay here again!
Our family and I had a great time! There are some wonderful little shops and restaurants very close by. Having five bedrooms to spread out made it easy for sleeping and working as needed (good WiFi!). We did not cook a lot at the house, so cannot comment on kitchen amenities much, but there were items we needed when we looked for them. Host was extremely responsive! Be aware that there are no bedrooms on the main floor, so get ready to climb up and down to get to the basement for laundry/bedrooms and upstairs for more bedrooms and the full bathrooms :) It was nice to have a half bath on the main floor. Another great feature of the property was a well-put-together welcome packet with information about the house.
Overall, this accommodation is great for a larger group. We were a curling team visiting the city for a bonspiel, and we arrived during a Winterpeg-style cold snap - down to -32C one night.Given that this is a new-build, we really appreciated the triple-glazed windows and good insulation. The beds were comfortable. Some of the furniture was very utilitarian - looked nice, but not super-comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped, and the place looks well set up to handle families with small children (baby gates, plastic dishes, etc).Soundproofing between rooms and between other units in the four-plex was not the best. The location in. St. Boniface is great, with a terrific bakery nearby (La Belle Baguette). We didn't have much time to explore the area, and it was too cold to think about taking many strolls.Kunal was quick to respond to any question both before and during our stay.
Great location for exploring the Forks area of Winnipeg. House exactly suited our needs of a large family with children. Had an issue with the door lock and Kunal replied to our message straight away, kept us updated on the repair and sorted it quickly. Kilter Brewing Company very close by which the husband certainly appreciated! This was the second time we have stayed at this property and would definitely stay again.
