Location is great, a short walk to Scottsdale Stadium and Old Town and right across the street from the Civic Center and park. House was clean and comfortable and the backyard has nice privacy.

very unhappy customer

the house is in a great location, from the beginning the information was not given to me for check in, I had to reach out several times. When getting to the property there were overgrown weeds in the backyard, mice/rat droppings in the second bedroom on the carpet and broken cabinets in primary suite. they didi not leave enough towels for the people that was in the house and it took them over a day to bring towels, we had to bring some from our daughters house. Some of group was leary to stay in the room with the droppings, so they opted to get a hotel which cost us more money. I had been in contact with the company the entire time and the compensation they offered was ridiculous considering this property was not fir for anyone to stay in, very disappointed with VRBO-Goodnight stay and how they have handled the situation thus far. Very dissatisfied. customer. Its unfortunate the house is darling and in a great location.

Dear Jeanelle, Thank you for your feedback. We provide two towels per guest for every reservation and responded as quickly as possible when more were requested. While you mentioned signs of mice, we have not found any inside the property. As a precaution, traps were placed around the exterior, but there is no indication of indoor activity. Regarding the backyard, there is some city-led construction in the area as part of a neighborhood enhancement initiative. We contacted the city, and they confirmed landscaping crews are addressing the weeds today. With any review, we take guest concerns seriously and immediately investigate and address them. Since your stay, everything has been fully rectified and the property is now in perfect condition and ready for the next guest.
