Welcome to A Reel Catch
A Reel Catch is an oversized, breathtaking six-bedroom, four full bathroom luxury Villa with amazing amenities. A Reel Catch is situated in the highly desirable SE Cape Coral area and is centrally located with Gulf Access, walking distance to restaurants and shopping near Del Prado Blvd. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great conveniences, you have come to the right place. This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. A Reel Catch features beautiful d cor, the six bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with five king size bedrooms and one bedroom set up with two Twin beds that have the option of 2 more additional twin trundle beds. All bedrooms have either en-suite bathrooms or a hallway bath which provides ample privacy.
The 2nd bedroom suite located on the 2nd floor features its own private bathroom and is also connected to the upstairs game room/tv room with its own butlers kitchen (fridge and decorative popcorn machine) as well as a balcony where you can relax, play games or watch the stars at night.
The Villa can fit up to 14 guests very comfortable with this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space. The kitchen, living room and large center kitchen island features plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of entertainment. There is a shuffle board table available for entertainment.
Upon entering the home, you have a great view of the pool area and lanai. From the large, fully equipped kitchen that is also is open to the living room with an electric fire place. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 12 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi or on the sun ledge, or just watching the boat pass by. There is a paver deck area behind the house, which is great for hanging out or canal fishing.
A Reel Catch truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.
