This beautiful and modern 78 sqm apartment is located above the bay of Port de Soller. Restaurants and the beach can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. An extensive renovation was carried out in 2024. We have completely redesigned the bathroom and equipped it with a walk-in shower and infrared heating for the cooler days. The large living room has a new look with a modern new sofa and new decoration. Both bedrooms and the living room now have hot/cold air conditioning and ensure a pleasant living environment. The two separate bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x200). There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The beautiful white kitchen is open plan with a large refrigerator and oven. Of course, we provide you with fast fiber optic internet free of charge. Enjoy the view of the mountains and the bay from the covered balcony (loggia) or spend time at our large communal pool, which is equipped with loungers and seating. It is a small residential community with a total of only 10 residential units. We offer our apartment for rent in summer and winter due to the air conditioning and infrared heating.
Good to know: Our apartment is on the side of the bay that can be easily reached by bus. Bus stop and several small supermarkets are within walking distance!

Four adults staying together in this very comfortable apartment. A car is a must for this location and good mobility due to the number of stairs to the pool. The pool was great and we often had it to ourselves. Beautiful views and scenery.

Excellent host and apartment with amazing views
Had a great time, lovely apartment, great views and nice pool. I'd recommend having a car if you have kids but it's not essential...highly recommended!
Close to the town - 5 mins walk down a steep hill - but far enough out to be away from the crowds. Great access to biking & hiking routes, & close to public transport.
Very clean & comfortable with a good kitchen, good storage space & fast Internet. Only German TV channels tho’ :)
The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and clean and with everything you need. The balcony has beautiful views. We had the pool to ourselves most days which was very nice! We had a super holiday here, good to be quiet and away from the bustle of the town. Andrea and Frank were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The only drawback is the steep hill to get to the apartment especially in the heat!
We had an enjoyable week in this lovely apartment. Starting with the very precise and helpful directions from the airport and Andrea and Frank even picked us from the bus stop, much appreciated after a long day and going up the hill with suitcases would have been a workout. Apartment was beautifully clean, wonderful view. Kids especially loved the pool. At one point there was a problem with the air cons but this was sorted out very quickly after speaking with Andrea. Would highly recommend.

Lovely clean, modern appartment
We stayed here for 5 nights whilst visiting our daughter and had a lovely comfortable stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and a complimentary bottle of water and wine awaited us on arrival. Frank was very helpful and accomodating and met us at the apartment and had the heating on as it was a little cool on that day.
The view from the balcony is beautiful with plenty to look at but very restful on the eye and we did enjoy having breakfast out there. We didn't get to use the pool as it is not heated and April is still not warm enough but it was good to see that is was being maintained and did look very inviting.

Great holiday
We are a family of four, including two boys aged 7 and 9. We stayed for two weeks at the end of July and had a great holiday. The apartment is well appointed, modern and clean. We loved the pool, which never got too busy and is a good size. The property is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Port de Soller, though we often opted for a €7 taxi ride back to the apartment in the evening. Fantastic views of the mountains from the balcony and we have to mention the air-con -- a relief given the temperature when we were there! Andrea and Frank were very helpful in answering our questions prior to our arrival and made themselves available during our stay (though were not needed as everything went so smoothly). We have no hesitation in recommmending.
The apartment is lovely and has beautiful views over the hills behind the town. The balcony is a great place to sit and have breakfast or lunch - it gets morning sunshine and is shaded from lunchtime on so the apartment doesn't get too hot during the day. The walk into town is not a problem though the last section on the walk back is quite steep.
Andrea was really helpful and came to let me check in early so that I could drop off the luggage and change after the journey and I then got out of the way so they could prepare the place.
We were very happy with our stay, and we felt it was just the right size for 2 introverted adults who like there own space. I'm sure it would be equally great for a family of 4 but possibly not for 4 adults.
We had a brilliant stay, loved the apartment ideal for 4 of us in a quiet area too. Lovely view from the balcony and we loved listening to the donkeys, goats and roosters in the mornings. We had a car, having a parking space was really helpful, although we always walked down to the beach front. The walk is approx 10mins, for those with mobility issues the last 150mtrs is up a steep hill and you'll have a number of stairs to climb from the pool area, this may be a challenge for you. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and comfortable, great having air conditioning as it was pretty hot when we stayed. The communal pool area was ideal, a good balance of sun and shade too. The pool was always clean when we swam and never busy, pretty much had it to ourselves. Really appreciate the communication from Frank and Andrea, always very helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment, it exceeded our expectations.

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und ist sauber und wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Man sollte nur beachten, dass der Aufstieg recht steil ist. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr nett und hilfsbereit empfangen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Durch die Lage oberhalb der Bucht hat man einen tollen Blick. Leider war es nie geräuschlos dort oben.
Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war wunderbar. Es war wirklich alles so wie beschrieben, inkl. dem Berganstieg um die Wohnung zu erreichen ;-)
Wir hätten uns noch eine Kaffemaschine ( für Filterkaffee) gewünscht und ein klein wenig mehr Überprüfung der Sauberkeit die Küche betreffend.
Hervorragend ist der Bergblick zum Frühstück mit Rufen von Schaf, Esel, Hahn ..usw. :-)
Wir können diese Wohnung allen fitten Urlaubern nur weiterempfehlen.
Sonnige Tage in einer wunderbaren Umgebung mit Bergen in einer Bucht. Top Apartment mit allem, was man benötigt. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir empfehlen wärmstens diese Unterkunft und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Der Urlaub war wunderschön! Port de Soller ist einfach die perfekte Mischung aus Meer und Bergen und netter kleinen Hafenstadt und, um all das zu genießen, ist die Wohnung perfekt: man kann zu Fuß an den Strand, zu netten Restaurants und Cafés und ebenso einfach von der Wohnung aus loswandern. Für weitere Entfernungen ist auch die Bushaltestelle nicht weit. So braucht es auch gar kein Auto.
Die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer und vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Wir waren kaum in Restaurants essen, weil wir viel lieber zuhause gekocht und auf dem Balkon gegessen haben. Dafür ist die Küche auch sehr gut ausgestattet.
Auch sonst ist die Wohnung schön und gut eingerichtet, das Bett fanden wir auch gemütlich.
Was man aber beachten muss: beim Fußweg vom Städtchen in die Wohnung muss man ein Stück recht steil bergauf gehen. War für uns völlig in Ordnung, ist aber z.B. mit Einkäufen oder ggf. Kinderwagen auch durchaus anstrengend. Aber dafür hat man dann auch den schönen Ausblick. :-)
Und manche Autos und Motorroller brettern schon manchmal laut die Straße in der Nähe hoch und runter, aber mit Oropax haben wir das nicht mehr gehört.

Sehr nette Vermieter & eine gute Lage, allerdings mit einigen Mängeln
Zunächst muss gesagt werden, dass Andrea und Frank sehr sehr nette, unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Vermieter sind.
Zur Lage:
Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf Olivenbäume hat uns sehr gefallen. Man hört durchgehend den Verkehr auf der Straße und am in der Nähe gelegenen Kreisel/Tunnel. Wenn es einen nicht stört, ist die Lage wirklich schön. Die Nähe zu Wanderwegen und auch dem Strand (10 min zu Fuß) ist super.
Zur Wohnung:
Leider ist diese nicht so gut gepflegt, wie es auf den Bildern erscheint. Die Wohnzimmermöbel sind vergilbt und durchgesessen, der Teppich dort wies viele Flecken auf. Das Badezimmer ist unserer Meinung nach renovierungsbedürftig.
Von der Sauberkeit waren wir anfangs sehr enttäuscht, woraufhin Andrea und Frank sofort Abhilfe geschaffen haben. Das Bad war nicht sauber, alle Möbel zeigten Abdrücke von Kinderhänden. Auch das Besteck / Geschirr sowie die Schubladen waren leider nicht sehr sauber, was aber natürlich auch mit den vorherigen Mietern zu tun hat. Nach einem nochmaligen Besuch der Putzfee war die Sauberkeit zwar besser, aber nach unserem Empfinden immer noch verbesserungswürdig.
Der Poolbereich ist wirklich schön sauber und nett gemacht.
An sich ist es eine schöne Wohnung, allerdings mit einigen verbesserungswürdigen / und ggf - bedürftigen Punkten.
Wir waren diesen Sommer 2022 in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine Küchenzeile mit allem, was man braucht (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Gefrierschrank...).
Gute Betten im Elternschlafzimmer und das Wichtigste: Intakte Klima im Elternzimmer und Wohnzimmer (wegen der Hitze nachts Schlafzimmer für unsere kids).
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da wir nicht wussten wo und wie wir recyclen sollen. Da fände ich eine Beschreibung / Ergänzung im roten Ordner sehr hilfreich (recycelt wird an verschiedenen Orten in der Stadt).
Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung, uns hat es gut gefallen und wir konnten uns gut erholen.
Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der Wohnung von Andrea & Frank verbracht. Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet; es fehlt an nichts (ausser vielleicht einen Geschirrspüler, den wir aber nicht vermisst haben). Die Lage, ein wenig ausserhalb vom Zentrum von Port des Soller, ist ideal. Ein wenig weg vom Trubel und dafür mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf Zitronen- und Orangenplantagen und auf die Berge des Tramuntana. Andrea und Frank haben uns hervorragend betreut; waren zur Stelle wenn gewünscht oder benötigt. Die Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt für bis zu 4 Personen empfehlen.
