Lakeside, spacious, quiet, panoramic views of the lake, mountains, and vineyards. This property is the perfect place to call your vacation destination year after year.
2 large bedrooms, King beds, 7' closet, and private full baths. Primary has ensuite. Smart TV's in bedrooms as well as the living area. Granite countertops, air fryer, cook top, bbq, patio with comfortable reclining furniture. Laundry on main floor. Walking trails adjacent to private property and sandy, quiet beach. Large private dock but no moorage or anchor for boat. Amazing panoramic views and tranquil setting. Wildlife and lake activity can be admired all day and night from the floor to ceiling window. Pin pad entrance for ease and convenience.

We are looking for returning vacationers that will treat our property as their own. The warmest lake in Canada is your front yard.

Located on the west side of the lake and the sun rises should not be missed. Property is 1 km from USA border to Washington. 2 km to arena that hosts the KIJHL Osoyoos Coyotes, and convenient for hockey parents staying for tournaments or hockey camps. 2 km to Town of Osoyoos. Central to everything.
