Nobody shares a kitchen or a living room with strangers, and nobody is stuck on a couch, since both homes come fully furnished with their own bedrooms, baths, and rooftop deck.



Home 1 spreads across three levels, with a king primary on the second floor and two more bedrooms up on the third, including a room with 2 full beds and a bunk bed, plenty for kids or a second family. Its rooftop deck has a sofa and fire pit under open sky, and downstairs an open living room with a leather sofa flows into the kitchen, so the person cooking never misses the conversation.



Home 2 sleeps just as many, with a king bed plus 3 single beds in its main bedroom, a room pairing 2 double beds with 2 single beds, and a third bedroom done in music-themed wallpaper with a queen and a double bed for a night the group will talk about for years. Its own rooftop deck adds string lights and a neon sign for evenings that stretch late.
