Our group of 13 enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, rooms were clean, and it was a great house to accommodate all of us. Check-in was smooth except for originally getting two door codes emailed to me, but that got cleared up. If you need a place close to downtown that handles a large group, this house is for you!

The house is really fantastic for a large group. We had nine women so most had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and well-furnished. The beds were very comfortable!The location is awesome. It was an easy walk to the Gulch area; a little further to Broadway (1.5 miles or so), but getting an Uber or Waymo ride was super easy, Frank, the host, was very responsive and thorough prior to our arrival. We had hoped for an early check-in and later departure but did not receive confirmation. Although not listed in the description, there is a picture of a hot tub and we were told we could use it. However, it was mostly drained and dirty so we could not. Frank had recommended a Hibachi dinner at the house which we did. It was really fun and the chef was entertaining. The food was great. It was a nice meal for the first night so we didn’t have to think about going out or shopping. We would go back for sure.

I don't think the pictures on VRBO show this house as nice as it really is. The house was wonderful, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. It was nicely decorated, beautiful inside with lots of crown molding and high end finishes. We used the outdoor patio quite a bit. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, cups and glasses. There are two refrigerators which is a big plus for large groups. We would have liked wine glasses, utensils for the outdoor grill and directions for the TV. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect House for a Big Group

Had 9 adults stay at this property. Location is great…a welcomed quiet spot after days / nights on Broadway. Walking distance to Gulch and Ubers in minutes. Nice to have individual bedrooms for such a large group. Communication was smooth and efficient.

This place is in an awesome location and had plenty of space for our large party. We were a 5-10 min Uber/Lyft from all the big stuff downtown. 20-25 minutes from the Opry. Communication was great before check-in. It could use a little deep clean in certain areas but overall that didn't take away from our stay. It was well stocked and everyone in our party had a great time staying here, we would definitely stay again.
