Consisting of 4 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms Double storey property in town. Walk/ride to shops and cafes, perfect for the family/friends Getaway.

Fully fenced yard with synthetic grass, also being Pet Friendly for 1 pet including their own bed.



The Space:

Master King Bedroom with walk in robe a private balcony to take in a sunset and catch the sea breeze.

3 Queen Beds all with linen supplied. Airconditioned in all bedrooms. All rooms have ceiling fans and Built In wardrobes.



The High ceilings with screened louvre windows keeping the natural light as you enter the open plan living and dining rooms leading to the fully stocked kitchen with Gas cooktop and electric oven, family size side by side fridge/freezer and the coffee pod machine. Sliding door onto back patio with outdoor dining, BBQ, pool lounges a hammock and another bed for the dog !



Downstairs is 1 queen bedroom and large laundry and separate toilet. Upstairs is the remainder bedrooms with a large bathroom with spa bath and separate shower and toilet.



Side gate entrance with hot/cold shower to rinse off the sand after your daily surf/swim.



Unlimited WiFi and huge smart TV to watch your favourite shows on the most comfortable couch.



Double Lock Up Garage and space for one car/boat in driveway.



Guest Access:

Please be advised as you are in a Cul De Sac and due to limited parking, you can access the back gate to park extra vehicles on Captain Cook Drive. Please let us know so we can unlock the gate prior to your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is maintained before and after your stay. Do not touch anything with the pump. Extra charges can occur if this happens. Do not jump in pool with sand over you. Please rinse off via the outdoor shower. Strictly No Glass in the pool area.

Please make sure the water does not get below the skimmer box. By jumping and splashing water out of the pool it will drop the water level and can cause pump burn out. Charges can apply.
