Perfect location for a fun-filled Cape Cod vacation! 1 mile walk or bike to Megansett Beach - a quiet family beach with beautiful harbor views and the best sunset in Falmouth, or quick bike ride to Old Silver Beach, a Falmouth favorite. The house is just steps from the scenic Shining Sea Bikeway, a scenic 10.7 mile paved bike path that runs through cranberry bogs, salt marshes, Falmouth Center, past beaches with a view of Martha's Vineyard and ends at Woods Hole where you can hop on the MV ferry or take in the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to two popular restaurants (Bucatino’s and Epic Oyster), shops, yoga studio, playground, pickleball courts, bike shop, tennis courts, basketball, softball field, library and more! Beach chairs and bikes available for your use. Sheets and towels provided for a fee ($100 each), laundry available on site. Weekly discount applies to Saturday to Saturday rentals.
