Megansett Beach 3 minute walk. AIR CONDITIONING in the bedrooms for 2026. We are offering our summer home for rent for the summer of 2026. This home has been in our family for over 40 years. The house is located in Megansett, which is a highly sought after summer destination on Cape Cod. Megansett is located in North Falmouth, Massachusetts. The house is located a 5-minute walk to Megansett Beach (lifeguards). Megansett has a shallow bottom excellent for children, with no tide surges or large waves. The beach is excellent for kayaking, sailing, and water sports. The house is a short drive or bike-ride to Old Silver Beach. 1/2 mile to "Shining Sea" Bike Path. 5 golf courses within 10 minute drive. Short walk to playground, baseball field, tennis, basketball courts, and ice cream shop.

First Floor: Living Room, Dining room, Kitchen and 5th bedroom
Second floor: 4 bedrooms -all have Air-Conditioning
Wonderful wrap around porch

Local restaurants for a meal out are: Epic Oyster The Chart Room, The Parrot Bar & Grill, The Courtyard, Bucatino, The Irish Goodbye, Chapaquoit Grill or you can simply grill at the house!

Quintessential cape house- very charming and antique features on the 1800s house. Short distance walk to Nye park with pickleball, tennis, basketball and baseball, Megansett beach which is a great beach, and a pizza place and ice cream!
