We provide a two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms unit with a free parking space, and there are additional parkings for your visitors. We want to make you feel just like home once you are here. The unit is located close to shopping center and University, resonably walking distance to the train station, gyms and local restaurants.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out before 10:00 am. Lock and close all windows and doors.
For any dirty dishes left in the property and the apartment requires extra cleaning, an extra service fee will apply. Report any damages or missing items to us.
Put all keys back to the lockbox and scramble the number of the key safe. You must return key safe back to the mailbox where you get it first. Please kindly leave me a message.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing place in a great location within a few minutes walk of everything needed! Spacious, very clean and cosy. The king sized bed in the main bedroom, along with the provided pillows and linen were super soft and comfortable. The owner, Ricky was very easy to communicate with, and always responded to any concerns we had during our stay. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting Sydney!

Most beautiful apartment we stayed in, very functional; super quiet and we also enjoyed the balconies to hear the outside still. Lovely to have washer and dryer in the suite, plus all the soaps for cleaning clothes and dishes. The location is very safe and close to the train station which is a super convenient method to get downtown, just know it takes one hour to get there. Very communicative host who sent great directions, highly recommend!

Great experience. Highly recommend.

My family and I just completed a one month stay here. We had a great time. Nothing but positive things to report. It is a spacious, modern, well-maintained apartment with a great view located in an family friendly, convenient location. Various restaurants, including many halal places, are within walking distance. Mall, grocery store, etc also close. Safe environment. Host is very gracious and helpful. Two thumbs up.
