Nice place with a responsive host. Beds were comfortable and it had utensils available for day to day family life. Only real downside was that the oven that was a bit old and tricky to get working. Wifi was good enough to work from home, Vodafone 3G struggled a bit. Other than that all as expected. Loved the backyard.

Spacious and has many rooms. Overall the house was pretty clean, but the floors needs to be cleaned. The host should consider throughly washing the bedsheets and blankets, and routinely changing the pillows, because there was an unpleasant smell emitting from the beddings. The kitchen was well equipped, but we were disappointed that the pots and pans were unusable (they were scratched and rusty). There was an ant problem in the area of the kitchen where the microwave was. Overall it was a good place to stay, it was safe and it is close to eateries.

We had a great stay at this property. The home was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and settle in. The large, beautiful yard was a wonderful bonus. We really appreciated having access to the laundry facilities, which was very convenient. While the location was a bit farther from the city than we initially anticipated, it was a nice, quiet, and charming neighborhood. There were also some great food options within walking distance, which we enjoyed.Additionally, our host was wonderful and provided excellent communication throughout our stay.Overall, a lovely place to stay and a comfortable home base.

This property is so spacious. It is clean and tidy and just lovely to come into after a couple of days travel. We really enjoyed how easy everything was like having a dishwasher, washing machine and drier. There was enough room and more for our family who all enjoy their own space. We took advantage of reasonably priced public transport to get to Sydney and to various attractions. There is currently a free bus that connects with the metro at Sydenham Station. At the end of 2026 the new train will be up and running. We also enjoyed browsing Belmore and discovering Belmore cakes and found a reasonably priced cell phone when my daughter's broke. Absolutely recommend. It was great to come home to a peaceful suburb after a busy day. We didnt have a car but had access to everything via bus, train and the occasional Uber. Uber Eats was very easy too, including supermarket top ups which were really reasonable. Thanks for an awesome stay.
