This comfortable studio apartment is located on the first floor of the Domaine de Rochebonne and can accommodate two people. It measures approximately 17 m². The rental includes a bathroom with toilet, bed, refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop, sink, dishes, barbecue, small courtyard, and a lovely balcony overlooking the park.

The studio provides access to extensive communal gardens and a large swimming pool. Facilities include a children's playground, a wooden fort, a sandbox, swings, a reading and games room, a badminton net, and a football pitch. The property is fully fenced and gated, allowing parents to relax while the children run and play.
