Uncleaned Floors. Unprofessional Service.

•Very dirty floors (lots of sand dirt. Not much of an issue for adults but it's extremely bad for our babies since they crawl. Ended up sweeping the entire floor ourselves to start off the reservation but that didn't help much. The place really needed a deep mopping)•There is a huge blind spot when exiting/entering the property grounds. Witnessed 2 near-accidents in 1 day.•Lastly, rudeness of property management was like none I've ever experienced. Absolutely zero professionalism and I really hope the call I had with the property representative was recorded. Property management team NEEDS to be coached and investigated.I'm quite conflicted to leave a negative review since everything else was fine. However, the bad experiences definitely outweigh the good in my honest opinion.I highly do not recommend this property as it currently stands.
