The location is perfect down a quiet residential street and the views from the house are UNBELIEVABLE The home is tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities, and it is much more spacious than the pictures indicate. The kitchen is well stocked, and the hot tub was a great treat! The property is gorgeous you have picture perfect views out every window!!!They were so kind to leave us a gift basket with some treats and a welcome note. Highly recommend we can not wait to come and stay here again!!!!thank you

Dear Kristen, you were the absolute PERFECT guest! We can’t wait to have you back and are so happy to hear that you saw the same beauty in our house and property as we do! Looking Fwd to next time. :)
If you like beautiful mountain scenery in a semi-rustic setting yet fully on the grid, this spot checks all the boxes. The house is ample for 2 adults, and in our case also accommodated our two girls for an extended stay. It was cozy, but comfortable. The high point is the main room. It's a good sized space with tall ceilings and a wall of windows with great views. The hot tub is a nice bonus.
Walk outside and you'll find walls of mountains to the south and larger horse properties. Coffee table book views abound. This is not a ski resort house. However you're a reliable 25 minutes from Aspen/Highlands/Snowmass. Instead of going directly to route 82 use Watson Divide road for an especially scenic drive.
There were a few issues that needed attention on our arrival, and Peter was responsive within minutes. We had an enjoyable stay.
