the place was nice and clean and looks just like the listing photos. the neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located less than 5 minutes from major department/grocery stores. the property manager was great, his communication was top notch and made sure to be as accommodating as possible. i highly recommend staying here!

No frills. Met our needs.

We stayed at this property for one night prior to flying out of FLL. The property is conveniently located to the airport and several good eating establishments. We went to 3 Sons Brewing in Dania Beach for a quick dinner. There property is adequate for a one-night stay. Comfortable enough with no bells & whistles. We would have appreciated some coffee pods so we didn't have to go out for coffee in the morning.

FLL - Great location

This property is great, so close to everything in Fort Lauderdale. Easy in and out, very quiet and clean. Reasonably priced. Excellent spot if you are coming for a few days to be on business, visit friends or just experience Fort Lauderdale area.

Great little spot

I had a long layover and my grandparents met me here. Close to the airport and comfortable! My grandparents were surprised they didn’t hear any planes. Would recommend.

Clean, great price for 2 separate bedrooms

I booked this for a weekend trip with my 24-yo son to visit family in Ft. Lauderdale. Son really liked having his own room instead of using the sleeper-sofa like in some other places for the same price. The property was updated and clean (my top two priorities!) and only about 3 miles from downtown/Las Olas area. Communication with Kevin (host) was timely and complete. I also liked that the cleaning fee was reasonable...saw several other listings with ridiculously high cleaning fees so I passed them by. I visit family in Ft. Lauderdale about every three months, so I will definitely book this again.

Was in Ft. L for a conference at the Convention Center. The location was perfect for us. Saved several $$$ over local hotels. Property was clean and well-maintained. Found no problems. Would stay here again if the occasion called for this location.

Nice place in a great location.

Renting was the easiest part of the trip. Owner is totally personable and responsive. Plenty of space for 3 of us. Rooms nice size and clean. Facilities very good. Small lizards are very friendly.

The property is beautiful! Very clean and located near FT Lauderdale strip. Host was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay! Beds were kinda stiff but it’s probably because they were new. 10/10, I definitely recommend.
