Charming fully furnished two bedroom/two bathroom villa beautifully decorated within a two unit duplex. Villa has a full kitchen with all cookware and appliances. Villa features flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room, and wireless internet. Features screened pool (shared), private patio seating, Barbecue grill, laundry closet inside unit. Great location and centrally located to everything.

Perfect for families with children or friends looking to for a relaxing getaway or gathering for a for special occasion. Villa accommodates six (6) people or both villas can be reserved for groups up to twelve (12) people.

Great location. Loved to be able to walk to grocery store and the beach.Too bad we had NO heat. The cold spell came while we were there and we had NO heat. Waited a day for room heaters. Furnace not fixed!

I’d like to clarify that the home does not have a furnace — heating is provided through portable space heaters, which is standard for many properties in Florida due to our warm climate. I apologize that it took one day to deliver the space heater. Once we were made aware of the request, we arranged for one as quickly as possible. While colder temperatures are rare here, your comfort is important to us and we did our best to address the situation promptly.

Needs some updating with doors, windows. Lots of Ants in kitchen Pool was green when we arrived, smelled like it had been shocked, so may have gotten better if we had stayed longer Shared porch and pool with neighbors is slightly awkward, especially if neighbors are up until wee hours of morning outside, can hear everything location was great- walking distance to beach was nice, and had items that were needed, chairs, all kitchenware

The outside was not kept up. The inside was okay but needed to be updated. The pool was done not cleaned so couldn’t be used. The area was in a good location.

Lovely stay!

The location is a quick walk to the beach - we used the beach chairs and towels provided - which was great! Kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool because we simply preferred the beach since we were so close. Beds were very very comfortable! Property manager was great and very responsive. Location was quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely recommend if you want a quiet peaceful getaway. When we were checking out, they were installing new grass and doing some landscaping which I’m sure will be pretty to look at while sitting on the front patio!

Convenient location

Nice and clean villa with all the necessary amenities. Liked location to beach and was able to walk to a lot of places. Could use a lunge chair or two on the right side of the villa since the lounge chairs there were on the left side and didn't feel comfortable sitting over there while at pool though we weren't out there much since we decided to go to beach but nice to have that option We enjoyed our stay and place very nice, comfortable beds, nice updated bathrooms with all the essentials as well as having really nice beach towels. Nice furniture for lounging and plenty of kitchen supplies it was especially nice to not have to buy kitchen supplies, soap.towels, paper towels and a nice touch to have a few bags of munchies there especially since we got there late the first night. Highly recommend

Excellent location - unit could use more TLC

We found that the location was great - very close to the beach however we found issues. In the master bedroom, there was a lot of dust and a kleenex left under the bed. Air conditioning was very noisy, no fans in the bedrooms, very noisy beds and our feet were very dirty by walking on the floors as we believed they had not been washed for a while. We felt that it was quickly cleaned after it has been rented but not too much time spent on checking the amenities. More tender, love and care would definitely help in the rating for this property.

Sorry that you found these issues with our property. As you can see from other reviews, cleanliness has never been a issue. I will take more care in the future in supervising our cleaning staff to make sure I can verify the condition once cleaning is completed. This is a first for us. There was no rush on the day that you arrived as no one checked out the same day. Had you brought it to my attention while you were there, I would have made sure to look into it. Fans are in all of our rooms working as well as central air. Sorry that our property did not fit your needs. Thank you for booking with us.

Great Trip

I had no complaints for where we stayed at. The house was clean, had plenty of space and exactly how it was advertised. It had everything that we needed and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Although it was off the beaten path a bit from the downtown area of Ft. L it was great. Had plenty of towels, great cable package (stayed in one night) and if we needed to get a hold of anyone the property manager picked up right when we called (confused about the shower and hot water). All in all, I thought the place was great and the right price for what we were looking for. The only surprise was that I didn't know that the pool in the back was shared with the other occupants next to use--it may have said that in the profile but I may have overlooked it. However, we never took advantage of it because we were on the beach every day. All in all, I thought it was a great place and would recommend it.

A great house!

Located between two spring break hotspots, this property gives you the choice of how to spend your break. It’s nice and quiet at the house location, with nice local bars and restaurants walkable to the north. We recommend the Bar Red Beard! Great location. Beach is open and not busy, so you can relax! House is well stocked and comfy.

The property was as described and very clean. The backyard pool area is fabulous. Would definitely recommend having a car at this rental for groceries, etc. The water taxi to pick up at bokampers restaurant is great for an outing. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Great location, extremely clean

Very comfortable house in a very convenient location 1 block away from A1A. It's a busy street during rush hour, but very quiet at night. The inside of the house is in great condition. The bathrooms look brand new, the kitchen has everything you could possibly want, and the furniture is in really good condition. The pool area is beautiful.

Not bad for the price

It was a mostly enjoyable stay with a few shortcuts the owner tried to take that were detrimental to our trip. First, the beds were sub-par, with both couples having back issues, the beds weren't good. The internet was not consistent, and you had to change networks if you were in a bedroom or the living room which was less than 20 ft. The jailbroken TV devices in the bedrooms did not stay on for more than 3 minutes at a time, so watching TV was never an option. Appliances weren't checked before we got there. We have come to Ft. Lauderdale since 2011, and this place would not be our first choice again, however it would not be our last choice either.

Good house, perfect for two couples for the weekend. Everything was clean and nice. Short walk to the beach, which was great. It didn't occur to me that there wouldn't be any shampoo/conditioner/soap, so we didn't bring any. However Walgreen's was close by so an easy fix. We didn't use the pool area except to have our morning coffee at the table outside which was quite pleasant. Everything was as expected from the pictures. The host was responsive to our questions and easy to work with.

We stayed here for the Totuga Music Festival and it was great. My only complaint would be the Internet TV has a bad connection. This house is not as close to the beach as it is portrayed, but still close enough to walk. For the price we would stay here again. Owner is very nice!

There was mold behind one of the doors in the master bedroom. There was no hot water in the master bedroom. The pool was nice. I did not like the fact that there was a camera in the pool area. It was a decent size for the amount of people we had. The location to the beach was good.

We truly strive to make our vacation rental a true home away from home for our guests. To that end we continually upgrade in order to add to our guests comfort. We recently made many upgrades including the installation of a new air conditioning unit. We discovered that there was a cold air leak in the air closet and due to the humidity in the closet, a very small amount of mildew appeared on the door. This was not considered hazardous in any way and the repair had been scheduled to take place the day between two guest visits. For the safety of our guests, cameras are set up at doorways just as you'd see in a hotel. As for the hot water, the guest did not notify there was an issue with it until they left, therefore we did not have an opportunity to correct it with our maintenance person. We went above and beyond to provide this group superior service. We even purchased a brand new Pack-n-Play to accommodate their littlest guest. Extra linens were also provided.

Wonderful vacation retreat

This place is wonderful! Bianca was very accomodating and the place is beautiful. We were extremely happy with our stay. It is a block from the beach and all of the restaurants and it has a private pool which we enjoyed tremendously. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great Weekend Getaway

This duplex unit was great for a weekend getaway. It was a very short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and Ft. Lauderdale nightlife. We rented both units for our family. The unit share a pool that kids enjoyed. Units are equipped with everything you need including beach towels and pool toys. Units are nicely decorated. Bedrooms are roomy, bathrooms are a small but that was fine for us. We would rent again!
