Featuring bohemian, resort-style indoor-outdoor spaces, this Fannie Bay pool oasis is a minute drive to Sunset Beach and foreshore and less than 10 minutes from Darwin Golf Club and the CBD. Come and go easily to explore the sights or stay in and bask in the sunshine by your private pool, and cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen to dine alfresco. Holiday vibes are complete with modern conveniences, including air-conditioning, private laundry and a dedicated study nook.
Guests are welcomed by an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with high ceilings and designer, coastal-inspired furnishings. A large, comfortable couch invites you to kick back and relax in front of the TV, with ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout to keep you cool on balmy, tropical days.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook at home, featuring a four-seater table that provides a comfortable setting for enjoying meals together. You can also choose to fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the generous undercover patio, where you’ll find plenty of seating to laze around poolside.

Upstairs, the spacious loft-style primary bedroom overlooks the lounge and features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two king single beds, which can be converted into a king bed on request at no extra charge. The monochrome bathroom, also on this level, invites guests to refresh under the sleek walk-in shower after a day of exploring. A separate toilet adds extra convenience for group stays. Downstairs, there’s a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a handy half bathroom located just off the carport.

Other conveniences include Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace within the living area, and parking for two cars on the premises. We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request, three days before you arrive.

Fannie Bay Beach and nearby Lake Alexander are less than a 15 minutes’ walk from your stay, offering BBQ and picnic facilities, cycling paths, and opportunities to swim or rent out kayaks.

Other local attractions include Mindil Beach Sunset Market, Charles Darwin National Park and Lookout, George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens, and the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.
