Lovely apartment with beautiful views! Jan gave clear instructions on where to collect the keys etc and stocked the fridge with essentials. Very quiet area and undercover parking.

Perfect location. In a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of everything either by bus or taxi. The unit has everything that you will need and more. Fantastic stay.

Perfect place, perfect location

We loved our stay at Nautika! It was the perfect spacious apartment for our young family to spend a week in Darwin. The view was STUNNING, and we really appreciated the few little extras in the fridge and pantry - it definitely made it feel a bit more special. We loved the location - close enough to be handy to get to the city quickly, but a nice distance away to not be right in the CBD.

Nautia at Bayview

Brilliant property, terrific location for our Square Dance Convention at Mararra. Pantry and fridge well stocked and watching the loch was interesting. Daily balcony view to CBD. A real thumbs up and would use again if in Darwin

Beautiful Bayview

It was such a delightful stay at Bayview every thing you could want and more. Jan has the apartments generously provisioned and was prompt to meet for check in and full of advice about things to do and see. The view is beautiful over the water and the apartment quiet and peaceful.
