Nautika is a spacious apartment which is fully owned and managed by the owner who takes pride in the presentation and inclusions in this property.The apartment is on the top floor of a modern quiet apartment complex overlooking the Bayview Marina, the harbour and the CBD. Its just minutes from the Waterfront Precinct, wave pool and convention centre and is centrally located for all Darwin's major attractions. Bayview is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaped gardens, walking and cycling tracks, parks and water views.

'Nautika' on the Marina
'Nautika' is a modern three bedroom, two bathroom apartment situated on the top floor of the complex accessible by either lift or stairs. The main bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite and flat screen television. The second and third bedrooms have built in mirrored robes. The property is airconditioned throughout and boasts a large verandah with an outdoor eating area and barbecue. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The lounge room has a very comfortable lounge suite, subtle lighting and a flat screen television and DVD player. The dining area easily seats six people. The laundry includes a full sized washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. There are two secure car parks underneath and ample visitor car parks outside the building. There is a swimming pool in the complex. Free WIFI

Bayview is a beautiful modern Marina suburb approximately 1km from the Darwin CBD. Modern tropical style homes with beautifully landscaped gardens surround the Marina together with parklands, walking and cycle tracks. There is a regular public bus service from outside the complex to the Waterfront Precinct, CBD and Cullen Bay with connections to all Darwin suburbs and main Darwin attractions.

I have been involved in the tourism industry for over 30 years here in Darwin. I take great pride in my ownership of my apartment and enjoy being able to offer it to my guests.
Why they chose this property
This is a very spacious comfortable apartment offering our guests all the comforts of home. The views over the Marina, Harbour and CBD are spectacular. In the wet season you can experience the skies light up with occasional lightning storms and in the Dry you can experience great sunsets.
What makes this property unique
Bayview is a very pleasant suburb on the fringe of Darwin CBD. There are walking paths around the Marina. The apartment is on the top floor, serviced by a lift.
