This beautiful townhouse offers the best coastal living with modern amenities. Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or enjoy the local marina, this charming space is ideal for your vacation.

This townhouse has three-bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 with a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds. All three bedrooms are located on the second level. A clean and comfortable 2 bathrooms, living room, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. It comes with all amenities you need like high speed WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer!

This townhouse includes a private one-car garage, an outdoor patio with seating that overlooks a greenspace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The Cape Crossing Resort & Marina includes a pool, fitness center, and sauna, as well as on-site dining available at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill! The nearby marina also has a variety of boat rentals and tours available. Located just a short drive from Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, near the Kennedy Space Center, less than an hour drive to Walt Disney World Resort and cruise ports!

Our condo was wonderful! Exactly what you see in the pictures. Our host was there whenever we had a question and the condo was spotless! They pool was great and the cute little restaurant next door had great food and drinks. The location was perfect for us- 15 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to baseball fields, and 50 minutes to Disney!!

The condo was very clean and in a great location. Basic utensils and paper products furnished. The only issue we had was the slow internet. This affected working on-line and watching live tv. There is a good restaurant within walking distance. Loved seeing dolphins and manatee from the dock. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is so well maintained. The staff were readily available when we needed them. They even greeted us on arrival with a gift! We were checked on throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. The place was set up for families which is a big plus with two boys. It is also absolutely beautiful! The pool was always clean and we even able to receive deliveries if needed at the club house. This was a five star resort with family prices. I highly recommend to everyone!!
