Enjoyable family Spring Break! The pool was refreshing. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice home to escape from the cold north with kids!

My family, parents and a couple friends all stayed at this beautiful home, a total of 8 of us. It was the perfect location for our travel needs and the home was very comfortable.

The home was perfect for our needs. Our granddaughter was playing softball at the usssa sports complex and the house was better than staying in a hotel room for 6 nights. All the rooms were clean (bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen. The pool was perfect. We all enjoyed a dip in the pool after the games were played. Check-in process was slick and no issues were encountered. Cindy our point of contact was very responsive to our needs and responded in a timely manner. We'll done team evolve and Cindy - great job...

We had a great time, the house was perfectly stocked with all the essentials,the beds were so comfortable and the cleanliness of the house was top notch, you can tell the owners pit a lot of thought into every aspect of your stay!We have no complaints at all and was the best VRBO we ever had!

Fantastic stay!

The best kind of vacation is when you feel like you are home, but in a beautiful and warm place. We loved the coziness, the backyard and pool and the short drive to the beaches! We can’t wait to stay again.

Wonderful Oasis

We had lovely stay. Perfect location for Kennedy Space Center. The pool and house made for a wonderful time. We apprecaited all the extra thought and accommodations. Clean and comfortable!

Excellent private home!

This is a beautiful, clean, private home. The pool is fantastic and the gigantic TV is perfect when the weather is not cooperating. Very close to everything yet your own private getaway. Highly recommended!

Fabulous area

The house was lovely by all accounts. The front and back yards need some work but all in all, was a great place to stay. Could use some TLC on curb appeal. We loved the entire area of Cocoa Beach and Cocoa. Was very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. It was 100 degrees every day we were there and the A/C worked like a charm! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house

Fantastic home, with a property manager who was incredibly responsive. The pool was wonderful! Close location to cocoa beach, and amenities. I would say that the neighborhood was fair to good, with no real issues.
