RETURN KEY TO LOCK BOX AND PLACE ADDITIONAL KEY BACK INSIDE. RETURN CAR PASSES BACK INSIDE UNIT. ANY MISSING KEYS OR CAR PASSES WILL BE CHARGED TO GUESTS.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is not allowed inside unit or outside of unit. There are designated smoking areas on the facility grounds.
Boats, trailers, campers etc not allowed on property. There is a dock you can walk and fish from. Guest boats are not allowed to use wet slips.
Bikes and Kayaks on property belong to other owners and are not for guest use.
