This spacious *3-bedroom, 2-bathroom* house offers comfortable living space, ideal for folks seeking a blend of basic style and convenience. Enjoy modern finishes, bright and airy rooms, and a functional layout designed for comfort. 2 dedicated parking spaces. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, close to Mc Master University and Mohawk College, Downtown, The Barton Centre, and public transit and West Harbor GO. This location offers access to all that Hamilton has to offer.
The space
Each room offers a different sleeping arrangement. Bring your own basic toiletries/necessities.
Shops are nearby in case you need to pick up items. Extra towels are located in base drawer of vanity in bathroom.
Guest access
Private access to kitchen, dining and lounge.
Dishes and cooking utensils are provided.
Towels , toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies are in the cabinet/ drawer of the vanity.
Other things to note
Key pad access for entry and exit. The master key for front door, side door, back door is not in the house. There is a key on room doors . Do not remove if on short stay.
Only one pet allowed at a time. If coming with a service/assistance animal or pet, please let me know!
