The property managers were very quick to respond. They were super helpful and friendly. This was the cleanest rental that I have ever stayed in. The house was very nice. Beds were comfy. The children enjoyed the pool and games. Everyone had a wonderful time!

Property is as advertised. Beautiful and clean, plenty of room and lots to do : ping-pong, bikes, pool for swimming, and sup/kayaking. Will likelybook again at some point

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the house. There was plenty to do during our stay. Pool was nice when we didn’t want to go to the beach. The property managers were super responsive and very accommodating. Game room in the garage was a hit with the kids and a few adults too! The only thing we had an issue with was, if you like it dark when sleeping there are no curtains on the windows in the room facing west on the main floor. The outside landscaping lights were shining right into the window and made the room pretty bright for sleeping at night with just white blinds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third visit to Navarre Beach to celebrate Fourth of July with our entire family, sixteen in total. By far Delta Dawn was the best place yet!There really is no comparison, the first floor with the pool, ping pong table, kayak, paddle board, TV's, not to mention beach toys, beach chairs, bicycles and the golf cart just made the entire week more enjoyable and relaxing.The upstairs layout was perfect for mealtime and relaxing. The sleeping arrangements, especially for the grand kids, could not have been more accommodating and efficient.If you have a family and want everyone to have a good time, this is the place!

Beautiful place! The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for our group, ages 1 to 77. The pool and patio set up was nice and shaded. It was a great play area for the kiddos. The only complaint from our group was from those that slept in the bedrooms in the front of the house that faces the road. The outside lights are super bright and that often bothers people while sleeping. So, light at night bothers you, bring a sleeping mask. Otherwise, this place is gorgeous, well kept, and convenient to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. They even let us check in early. Chad was really responsive when the keypad battery died. There a few recs for an even more enjoyable stay: beach umbrellas are a must for the summer heat. More kitchen tools and plastic cups for outdoor pool dining. Lighting near the grill and a fan on the second floor deck! These are small things but they made a huge difference. If we visit again, Delta Dawn is definitely the place we’ll go!

Our stay at Delta Dawn was so wonderful. Our family of 14 were very comfortable and enjoyed the pool/patio area. Lots of fishing in the canal, easy stress free vacation. Bikes and golf cart were handy to have! The home is so beautiful and met every expectation we had. We will be back!
