This house was amazing for a group of friends! Lots of space and the rooms were great, like mini hotel rooms. Hot tub was not working but they sent someone to fix it the next day and communication was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The family really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, corn hole game and so much more! The scenery is breathtaking, especially from the top deck. We had 16 family members and all were comfortable !

Our family of 14 (8 adults and 6 children ages 8 to 10 months) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fun time in Sedona

After reading the reviews our expectations were high but the property and property manager delivered. The adults and teens loved our stay. The manager was very responsive. They property was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Sedona.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. This is the best VRBO property I've ever been to. The hosts were super nice and helpful. Tons of amenities. Slept our large group of adults comfortably. I would highly recommend booking this property!

Lovely stay!

Our family of 9 adults had the perfect week here. Location is ideal as it affords wonderful views without the Sedona traffic and you have all the conveniences of Oak Creek. We loved the pool, observation deck for spectacular sunrise and sunset views, and that our dogs were able to join us. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with whatever you might need - kitchen/cooking items, extra blankets, etc. Thank you Taylor and Tish!

very nice place

very nice. Lots to do around the compound with beautiful views. Its in a neighbor hood but feels like you are in the country more secluded. Any time we needed anything the host was on top of it quickly. would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again ourselves.

Beautiful home with great views

Me and my friends were blown away at how beautiful this home and location was. There was plenty of space, everything was very CLEAN, and there is so much to do. We wished we could’ve stayed much longer, but are so greatful for the time we had. When we return to Sedona, we will definitely be staying here again.

Girls weekend

This location was perfect for our trip. The house is designed as a bed and breakfast, so it didn't have a great central area to gather at the end of the day. But, each bedroom has its own seating area, so it works out. Can't wait to come and stay again.

What a special place!

We had a wonderful week staying at the Dream Maker! A really special place in a great location. There was plenty of space for our party of 8. The beds were super comfortable. The kids loved the pool. The house was so great it was a challenge getting the kids motivated to leave and explore Sedona! Taylor, the host, was really great and very helpful with my many questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Sedona Stay!

Overall this property was wonderful. The listing description and photos were accurate and the property was in excellent condition when we arrived. Fully stocked kitchen, many perks like snacks, coffee, nice linens, robes, games and crayons for kids, etc. Lots of room to spread out, beautiful grounds with views all around, and in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby... many sites and trails within a short distance too. Taylor, the property manager on site, was awesome to communicate with and very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again and appreciated the opportunity to stay there while in Sedona.

Perfect for large group

This house was absolutely amazing. Our family of 13 had plenty of room and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Lots of privacy for all the couples. The amenities in this place were above and beyond. The younger couples enjoyed the games and the pool table. All of us enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner even supplied us with snacks. The rooftop deck for star viewing was the highlight of our trip. Our family was even talking about making this an annual trip. We will definitely come back to this house. I highly recommend this place. Taylor greeted us when we checked in and she was very helpful in giving us a tour of the house. You will not regret staying here. The location was ideal for restaurants, grocery shopping, hiking trails and the view was spectacular. I highly recommend.

Spring Break Getaway

We had 9 of us ranging from 14-74 stay here for a week. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond. The downside was we had to reach out a lot about certain things not working, like the heat. They had to come out multiple times during our stay to fix items. Another issue was that they don’t have on demand hot water so we had had to stagger our showers and not run any appliances while people were showering or they had cold showers. We also didn’t think the pictures gave a real idea of what it actually looks like and is. For this price point we expected a bit more overall.

Weekend Escape

We had a lovely weekend at the Sedona Dreammaker. Our party comprised 5 families with people ranging from age 3-73. The property is absolutely amazing. The house is well suited for multiple people with private areas and restrooms for each. While 2 kitchens aren’t necessary, it was definitely a luxury and made cooking for a large group much easier. The property manager was also amazing. This house lacked absolutely.nothing. We have stayed at dozens of rentals, large and small, throughout the United States, and this was the most well appointed we have ever stayed at. And the pool, I’m pretty sure my kids want to move here indefinitely! We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful accommodations!

Came here with my husband and two teen daughters & really had a lovely time. The place was immaculate & beautifully designed. They had everything we might need from coffee to snacks to Netflix. They even had a piano which my daughter was excited about since she plays. Each room is like a mini hotel room with mini frog, coffee maker and luxury bath rooms. Was nice to be able to escape to our bedrooms for quiet time when needed and having a bathroom for each daughter meant zero fights! You must take a glass of wine to the sky deck to watch the sunset. Great views of the red rocks. Also, the owners were so kind and helpful as well as super responsive to texts. Hope to be back!

Amenities, Location and Great Hosts. You couldn't ask for more.

The Sedona Dream Maker lives up to all expectations and more. We rented the property for a family vacation and the pictures and description are accurate. Each suite is large, I would say roughly 500 sqft, larger than most hotel rooms. All three are uniquely themed but offer similar amenities. Not many hotels offer you a standing shower and separate soaking tub, but all three suites have both. Each is also appointed with a sectional couch, small table, flat screen TVs and more. The location is excellent and in some ways better than staying in central Sedona. Traffic in Sedona center can be a nightmare especially if you're doing day trips to hikes and other areas. The property is located in Oaks Village and is about a half-mile walk to shops, restaurants, and cafes. If you're active, you can even walk to the Bell Rock trail head, two miles away, and not have to deal with the headache of parking. Its one of the most notable hikes in Sedona. Lastly, the hosts were amazing. They stocked the property with plenty of snacks and coffee. A smore kit was even included which was a thoughtful touch. They were easy to communicate with and did the best to meet our needs without any face-to-face contact, as Covid regulations were still in place. I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Sedona. I can't wait to see what the property will be like after the pool is built.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area due to the magnificent Red Rock Beauty, all the wonderful things about the Sedona area yet without the bumper to bumper traffic- especially on the weekends. World class restaurants, hiking and biking, SPAs all within a short drive or walk. We even have a nearly private hiking trail on which you most likely will be alone! We also like the great country feel as opposed to the commercial motel areas.

What makes this property unique

The Sedona Dream Maker was an actual working Arizona cattle ranch during the 1940s-1960s, it was the historic "Dickison Family Homestead". The Denney's vision included spending nearly 5 years to make it the incredible destination that it is today, with no detail overlooked!
