The Space
Spanning 7,100 square feet, this expansive property includes a 7-bedroom main home and a separate 1-bedroom guest house, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. The ivy-covered estate features an arched, gated entrance leading to a terra cotta courtyard.

Inside the main home, a grand living room with a fireplace and massive Palladian windows fills the space with warm, natural light. A second living room offers a cozy spot to unwind, while a dedicated workspace is available for those needing to stay connected. Prepare delicious homemade meals in the state-of-the-art, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with spacious countertops and modern appliances. For entertainment, you'll find a pool table and a collection of children's books and toys.

Other things to note

★Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is not permitted unless requested 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability and an additional fee.

★ Pool Policy: Pool is available from March 1st to December 1st. Pool may be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $120/night. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.

★ Pets: Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!
