The property was secure and we'll kept. The condo was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Our host kept in constant communication with us and was very informative. I would definitely visit again.

Sugar Beach 247 was just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The unit was clean, a/c worked great, and bed was comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. We will be returning!

The unit is quite small and outdated. Cost way too much for what you get. My sister got a much better 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for roughly the same price

This unit is clearly described and pictured as a studio, providing a small group easy access to the beach, three pools, and BBQ grills for $250 a night. We hope that you will come back to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, as we have many properties of varying sizes and amenities.

Beach trip with my girls💗

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked our condo at Sugar Beach through Bender Realty and they were super nice and helpful! Not only do I recommend Bender Realty but I also recommend Sugar Beach condos. We stayed in room 247 and once we arrived, the condo was immaculate. It was super cute and exactly what we needed. Easy access to beach and pools. They have four pools which aren’t overly crowded... plenty of room for all guests. The only problem we did have was the elevators kept breaking down but they were fixed in a timely manner. We also had a few problems with a female security guard but we’ve already given our review on that. You never know what people are going through so we showed her grace. Also, with us being on a budget, the overall price was affordable and couldn’t be beat. Highly recommend!
