About this property

SHORE RELAXATION

A remodeled condo with new appliances, mattress, sleeper, sofa and furnishings in the Seaside Beach and Racquet Club complex. The complex features 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor), tennis courts, shuffle board, sauna, steam room, fitness room, BBQ grills, picnic tables, clubhouse, and Adirondack chairs that look out over the ocean for a nice relaxation.
The unit is located in the tennis villas and is on the second floor of building 1. There is an elevator located at the end of building 1. The condo features a one bedroom and one bathroom setup. There is a new queen pullout sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room with blackout curtains in both sleeping areas for a well rested vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook. There is a side view of the ocean from the balcony and it has a beautiful view of the sunset. There are many attractions near by such as Adventure Island, which is directly across the road, along with Doc’s Seafood and Steaks, Bubba Seafood House, and Live Bait that are within walking distance. This condo is a great fit for a short getaway or a family vacation.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was such a nice and quiet stay! The condo was very clean, super close to the beach and had a good variety of restaurants near by. I loved that they had little beach chairs in the condo for you to use if needed. I had forgot mine so that was so helpful to have. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Property is an older building; but, kept up very nicely. Unit was very clean and updated. We had a slight/angled ocean view. Owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive. Toaster was broken had a new one delivered the next day. Our first experience being a snowbird for a month and loved it. Thank you Sean and Melinda.

Not sure what activities you were expecting or what we erroneously conveyed in our listing but wouldn’t expect that to weigh on your review of our property. I did notice house rules was rated less than five stars. I assume this is due to our property managers approaching you about the dog you weren’t allowed to have on property. The listing clearly notes NO PETS so again I’m not sure how your decision rates poorly on my property. Even after them contacting me about your pet I did not charge you an additional cleaning fee which my cleaners charge me. Have a wonderful day!

My husband & I enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect size for us & a great location. It was updated, the decor was lovely & it was very clean. The walk to the beach is short. The pool was nice. The only complaint I have is the bed. It is small & not very comfortable. The headboard also seemed a little loose. I ended up sleeping on the couch.
