A key scan is required to access building waste & recycle area. Please separate garbage, recyclables & put in respective bins.
Turn off lights, fans, kitchen & laundry appliances; shut off all water taps & close windows. Keys return on kitchen counter before your departure. Lock up the condo entrance door properly behind you.
