About this property
Picton's Brass Foundry. Walking distance to downtown right beside the harbour!
This historic 1 bedroom loft building is located in the perfect spot to enjoy all that Prince Edward County has to offer. It is just steps from Picton's unique downtown, harbour and marina.
From the moment you enter the space you will feel at home. The interior is sure to please with its soaring cathedral ceiling in the living and dining space and unique architectural features that are adored by visitors and locals.
The Brass Foundry a safe space for guests of all races, minorities, marginalized groups, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations.
The bright and spacious living and dining area is the perfect place to relax and unwind. You can login to your streaming accounts on the TV, read a book or enjoy some music on the record player or CD player (along with some pretty hot 1990s CDs). This comfortable space offers a queen size pull-out sofa bed sectional. The dining table has seating for six.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal with all of your fresh county produce. You will find all cooking and serving essentials and the extra things you might need like oil, coffee, spices and sugar. We have got your caffeine needs covered in the morning as we have an espresso maker, a French press as well as a pod-style coffee maker which guarantees you will get that perfect cup! There is a washer and dryer for guest use in the kitchen.
There is a large bathroom with a stand up shower and vanity. Have a spa-like experience by warming up a bath towel in the spa style towel warmer. You can even warm up your PJs!
Heading upstairs, you will find the cozy loft bedroom. The attic bedroom has a low, A-frame ceiling. There is a queen size bed with fresh cotton bedding. A Pack 'N Play and a booster style dining chair is available upon request for our tiny travellers.
Outside you will find a large and private patio. This space has propane BBQ, a dining table with rope chairs, and a double rope hammock to lounge in the shade. The wooden deck is fully enclosed so you can store your bicycles here if you bring them.
There is parking for two cars directly behind the house. If you have oversized vehicles or additional parking needs, we can provide suggestions for offsite parking.
Self check-in is easy and fast.
