The elevator, while a valuable convenience for our guests, is not guaranteed as a permanent amenity. In the event that it becomes inoperable for any reason, we want to remind our guests that the stairs will remain accessible as an alternative means of reaching other floors. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations. Please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds, discounts, or credits should the elevator be unavailable.
